‘Tamyka’s Home’ continues my affair with beautiful little hybrid beings. Tamyka is my snail-girl carrying her wonderful home on her back as she explores the world around her. I am inspired by so many artists and wanted to capture the delicate grace and beauty I have been observing over recent years.

‘Tamyka’s Home’ includes my own printed silk dress, her hand sculpted home with little gardens, waterfalls, trees, fish, butterflies and birds .. it captures all the amazing secret beauties that nature provides. Made with air-dry paper clay, mulberry paper, kid mohair, glass eyes and nice shiny things like Swarovski crystals, I dont use molds everything is sculpted uniquely every time.
