I’m a big fan of red, it used to be my favourite color. Now I have mellowed out a bit I have become an orange fan but for nearly 30 years it was all about red. I had my first red wall as a teenager in my bedroom, and then various versions of red in every house and currently we have red and black in the spare guest room.

Red and black is the most ordered color in my bracelets, the most ordered color when I used to sell beads and is still my favourite nail polish when I want to paint the town red! I love the painting above by Australian emerging artist Ann Gordon.

To me red screams sunsets, emotions, blood red, vampires, jewellery and sassy nights. What does red say to you?

Here is my personal collection of red art.
